Katharina is a seasoned international executive who has built and scaled teams and brands in both Germany and the US. She is the former Chief Innovation Officer of Mozilla, where she built CommonVoice, the world’s largest open data repository of labeled speech training data for over 100 languages. She was a member of Mozilla’s Board of Directors prior to joining the company full time and served as CEO of Der Spiegel Online.

Matthew has a broad R&D background in both academic and industry settings in biosensors, MEMs, electronics, biochemistry, and biophysics. He has over 20 patents in the biosensing and diagnostics space.
Previous projects have included developing genetic assays, point-of-care microfluidic diagnostics, optical systems, and microneedle based chemical sensors.

Gunter is an accomplished scientist, entrepreneur, and diagnostics expert. He has been a member of the leadership team for multiple medical diagnostics companies including Epigenomics AG and InfanDX AG where he launched multiple products. He has expertise in the development of new medical diagnostics, product strategy, clinical trials, and regulatory strategy.
